Shipping

Presently, we ship to main worldwide destinations except for the EU- we are working on this. We ship from the U.K. Please bear in mind that for shipments outside the U.K., your package may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges related to customs.

Lumizad is not responsible for these charges or for delays due to international customs holdups. 

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

 

United Kingdom Shipping

Orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class and cost £3.00. This service aims to deliver your item in 2 to 3 business days.

We use either Royal Mail or DPD for most international destinations- please check for country specific detail below as not all destinations are served by both services.

• International Tracked via Royal Mail aims to deliver in 6-7 business days. It is fully tracked to the delivery point (for most countries this is true but please read country specific details for reference).

• Canada/Lebanon: £16.05
• Bahrain/Iraq/Kuwait/Oman/Qatar/Egypt/Morocco: £16.30. Tracked in the UK and a signature taken on delivery.
• UAE/Jordan/Saudi Arabia/: £16.30. Tracking end-to-end and signature taken on delivery.
• Turkey: £11.80. Tracking end-to-end and signature taken on delivery.
• DPD aims to deliver in 4-7 business days. It is fully tracked to the delivery point. 
• Saudi Arabia: £23.25
• USA: £25.06
• Lebanon, Jordan: £24.39
• Canada: £24.71
• Qatar: £24.51
• UAE (aims to deliver within 1-3 days): £12.70
• Bahrain: £27.23

Returns

It is our priority to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene purposes.

We take great care in hand-packing your goods to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. If your purchase is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss a refund or exchange at info@lumizad.com.
